You can change the quantity to match your guest count prior to adding this listing to your cart. If your project will require both main envelope addressing and RSVP envelopes simply add this listing to your twice with your selections.

*NOTE: failure to submit your file in the correct format may result in delays and/or cancellation of this portion of your print order. I cannot guarantee timing available to format your files correctly, so PLEASE read the following and submit your files correctly.

- A typed Word document with the names and address information typed out EXACTLY how you would like these printed.
- Excel files or other format submissions will NOT be accepted.
- Please be sure each address is formatted and spelled exactly as you would like for it to appear on your envelopes. If you want the envelope to have each state spelled out, spell it out on your Word file.
- Please do NOT include a number count before each each guest, as this will result in spacing and alignment issues on your envelope prints and should not be included on your printed envelopes. (Remember, submit these exactly as you would like them printed.)
- For orders with main and return address printing please include your return address at the top of your Word document, labeled as such (exactly as you would like it printed).

Additional Info.:


- Please submit your Word document at the time prints are purchased (or prior to purchasing) to ensure your print production is not delayed.
- Addressed envelopes are not available for rush order packages. If you need these in a rush (faster than roughly 2 weeks production time) please contact me for a custom quote prior to purchasing.
- Stamps are not included.
- Please note, Chicks n Hens will not be held accountable for typos or errors if they are on the provided Word document.
