This is a design fee for a custom wedding illustration suite created just for you and your big day. Images shown throughout my site are examples of designs created for previous clients, and are not for sale. Your designs will be new, custom designs!

You choose how many prints you need or digital files to print on your own with the drop-down menu.

☆ CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDES ☆
All of my custom illustrations are created based off of submitted questionnaire information + photos of the people, pets, and locations the clients provide. I create each illustration from sketch to final print in my art studio in Indianapolis, Indiana.

☆ INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE ☆
(1) 5x7 Save the Date Card (Profiles)
- a custom illustration of the happy couple (illustrated from the shoulders up), your choice of hairstyle, clothing, etc.
- solid color or white for the background
- wording and font of your choice
- custom flowers to match your wedding flowers

(1) 5x7 Accommodations Card
^Your choice to send WITH the save the date or with the invitations!
- an illustration of the exterior of one of the accommodation recommendations (can be your wedding venue if lodging is accepted)
- wording and font of your choice
- $ or star ratings for each location (if you so choose)
- small simple illustration for each recommendation on list (up to 5) of your choice, such as a star fish, flower, mixed drink, etc.

(1) 5x7 Invitation Card
- a custom illustration of the happy couple, your choice of hairstyle, clothing, etc.
- custom flowers to match your wedding flowers
- a custom background, including a custom illustration of the exterior of your ceremony or reception site (if you so choose) or a landscape
- wording and font of your choice

(1) 3.5x5 RSVP Card
- in a design coordinating with your custom illustrated wedding invitations such as profiles of the happy couple, your pet with a call-out bubble, your wedding flowers, etc.
- can include meal choices with small illustration for meals options

(1) 5x7 *Detailed* Map Card
- a custom illustrated map of your wedding location
- designed to show the general area including the land, water, streets, and railroads (if applicable) AND small additional details which can include specific buildings, landmarks, bridges, special places, tourist locations, great restaurants, the hotel, parks, etc.
- small location specific illustrations will be created in similar detail to those shown in images
- this design fee includes 6 small specific location illustrations, additional illustrations will be an additional design fee (contact me for a quote or we can discuss further after purchase)

(1) 3.5x5 OR 5x7 Extra Event Info. Card
*No print order minimum for this card.
- This card is perfect for rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners, brunches, a special excursion, party, or any additional activity for your big day
- any 1 animal of your choice (nautical animals or fish for beach weddings, tropical birds, etc.!)
- a coordinating flower border or flowers in the corners of your card
- a solid color background or white
- your choice of text, font, and colors

*Please note: The map card included in this package is designed to show the general area including the land, water, streets, and railroads (if applicable). If you would like additional pop up details on top of the map, such as small illustrations to note landmarks, buildings, parks, bridges, etc. please contact me for a quote.

☆ TIMING ☆
We'll begin with your save the dates and follow the timeline in the images. After your save the dates are completed you will be emailed a questionnaire for your invitations. Invitations will follow the same timeline.

- Due to the custom nature of my work, please keep in mind all timing quotes are subject to variation.

☆ PRINTS ☆
If you choose prints your invitations will be printed on 120 lb matte card stock. Please select the quantity of prints required for your event. It is recommended you order at least 10 extra prints.

Each wedding invitation set includes the following: (1) 5x7 save the date, (1) white save the date envelope, 5x7 invite card, (1) 3.5x5 rsvp card, (1) 5x7 map card, (1) 5x7 white main envelope, (1) 3.5x5 white rsvp envelope, (1) 3.5x5 thank you note, folded, blank inside.
 
All prints are one sided- you can upgrade to double sided, just contact me for a quote.

FREE WHITE ENVELOPES ARE INCLUDED WITH PRINT ORDERS- all print orders- you will receive a free white main save the date envelope, main invitation envelope, RSVP envelope, and thank you note envelope unless you upgrade. Upgraded envelope options are available for a fee. A list of upgrade options will be emailed to you upon purchase.

☆ DIGITAL FILES ☆
If you go with digital files your files will be delivered via email as high resolution flattened PDF and JPEG files meant for printing ONLY with the watermark removed. Editable design files are not available. Digital files are not meant to be delivered via email, personal *printing* purposes only.

☆ PROCESS ☆
- Purchase the package you would like and I will email over a questionnaire to begin the design process.
- You can take your time filling out the questionnaire and return it via email.
- Initial design samples will be delivered via email. You can make up to 6 individual minor changes to your designs for free. Additional revisions or extensive revisions (where portions of the design must be redone) will incur a revisions fee (quote provided if needed).
- After the sample are approved via email the production phase for printing will begin. Prints will ship after the production phase concludes via Priority Mail through the USPS with tracking and insurance.
