Receive a discount and access to all of my "stock" (already created) Mackinac illustrations for your designs. (The couple, background, flowers and any pets will all be created 100% custom.) Photos are for examples of previous projects- your designs will be new, custom designs!

☆ HOW ARE ILLUSTRATIONS CREATED? ☆
All of my custom illustrations are created based off of submitted questionnaire information + photos of the people, pets, and locations the clients provide. I create each illustration from sketch to final print in my art studio in Indianapolis, Indiana.

☆ CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDES ☆
As part of this package, you will receive access the following previously designed Mexico illustrations for your project. You can add any of the following illustrations to your designs (including your map card - upgrading it to a detailed map card) at no additional charge. Please note these are what I consider "stock illustrations" I have created over time. The couples, backgrounds, flowers, and pets all remain custom for each project.

As part of this package, you will receive access to all previously designed Mackinac Island illustrations for your project. You can add any of the following illustrations to your designs (including your map card - upgrading it to a detailed map card) at no additional charge:

- OPTION THREE: an illustration of the exterior of your reception or ceremony site

☆ TIMING ☆
REGULAR TIMING
+Design Phase:
- begins when you return your completed questionnaire
- samples will be delivered via email roughly 3-5 weeks after submission of questionnaire

+Revisions Phase:
- begins when you return your revisions form with requested revisions
- roughly 1-3 weeks for execution
- allow for more time if extensive revisions are requested

+ Production Phase (printing):
- skip this phase if you go with digital files to print on your own
- begins when you approve your designs and purchase prints
- roughly 2 weeks
- shipment of prints occurs after completion

+ Please Note:
- Due to the custom nature of my work, please keep in mind all timing quotes are subject to variation.

☆ PRINTS ☆
If you choose prints your invitations will be printed on 120 lb matte card stock. Please select the quantity of prints required for your event. It is recommended you order at least 10 extra prints.

Included in one printed set: (1) 5x7 invite card, (1) 3.5x5 RSVP card, (1) 5x7 map or reception card, (1) 3.5x5 folded, blank inside thank you notes, 3 fitted white envelopes (main, RSVP, and thank you)

All prints are one sided. You can request double sided prints and pay for an upgrade.

All prints come with fitted white envelopes free. If you would like to upgrade your envelopes please contact me for a custom listing. Upgraded euro flap colored and kraft envelopes are $0.75 each. Upgraded metallic envelopes are $0.85 each.

☆ DIGITAL FILES ☆
If you go with digital files your files will be delivered via email as high resolution flattened PDF and JPEG files meant for printing ONLY with the watermark removed. Editable design files are not available. Digital files are not meant to be delivered via email, personal *printing* purposes only.

☆ PROCESS ☆
- Purchase the package you would like and I will email over a questionnaire to begin the design process.
- You can take your time filling out the questionnaire and return it via email.
- Initial design samples will be delivered via email. You can make up to 6 individual minor changes to your designs for free. Additional revisions or extensive revisions (where portions of the design must be redone) will incur a revisions fee (quote provided if needed).
- After the sample are approved via email the production phase for printing will begin. Prints will ship after the production phase concludes via Priority Mail through the USPS with tracking and insurance.

☆ TIMING ☆
- See images for timeline. The quoted "regular timing" is a rough estimate. Timing varies, as each project is unique.
- For rush orders, timing is rushed and guaranteed. Rush order spots are limited and first come first serve. Timing for each phase begins when you return your completed questionnaire, return your revisions form, and approve your samples for prints. Any delays on your part to return forms, answer emails, etc. will delay the project accordingly.
